Two holes are made in the aortic root and the proximal venous anastomoses are performed with a parachute technique using a running 6/0 suture. The third anastomosis is done on a venous graft with a termino-lateral technique. After deairing the graft with an insulin needle, the clamp is removed and the coronary artery perfused.
