The AtriClip Pro II is introduced through the most caudal port (5^th or 6^th space). Under TEE and visual control, the AtriClip Pro II is deployed at the LAA base. During this phase, a gently traction of the Ethibinder can facilitate exposure. Pericardium is partially closed and a drain is placed in the pleural space.
